Accostudios.com delivers parcels worldwide via DHL Express. All orders are processed within 1 working day except for your requests in the delivery date settings field on the checkout page. However, during the sales seasons orders may be slightly delayed due to an excessive amount of orders being filled. Accostudios.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of ACCOSTUDIOS®. All shipments are accompanied by an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in Euro. Items on sale and discounted items reflect the discounted prices. The value of the goods will be publicly available on the package insert for tax reasons on all orders. Once sent, orders can no longer be cancelled and it is no longer possible to change the delivery address, please make sure you fill in a correct address when checking out. Once you have received your package, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the goods by you (or someone you nominate, other than a courier).

Fermas S.R.L.S. has created and published the website updf.shop with the mission to offer an exclusive service to its customers. The products on sale on the Accostudios.com website are intended for the final Customer. The “Final Customer” updf.shop means the person or persons who do not carry out their own entrepreneurial or professional activity, which may include, by way of example and without limitation, the resale of goods purchased on updf.shop. Therefore, Accostudios.com requires Users who are not considered “Final Customers” to refrain from attempting to establish business relations with Accostudios.com and not to use third party accounts to forward purchase orders for the goods on sale. In relation to the commercial policy described above, Accostudios.com reserves the right not to process orders from persons other than the “End Customer” and any other order that does not comply with the aforesaid commercial policies. Accostudios.com reserves the right to refuse to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time. Accostudios.com reserves the right to refuse an order if the order does not receive explicit verification or approval from the Customer’s bank. updf.shop reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipment. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, but only a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and updf.shop will be completed when we send you an email with the shipment of the goods. Neither our third party payment processor nor our appointed courier have the authority to accept an order on behalf of Accostudios.com. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain payment authorization, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is collected, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Policy.

We may also refuse to process and then accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party due to the withdrawal of any goods from Accostudios.com, whether or not the goods have been sold, the removal, selection or modification of any material or content on Accostudios.com, the refusal to process a transaction or the performance or suspension of any transaction after processing has begun.

Although every effort has been made to ensure that the details on our website are accurate, from time to time we may discover an error in product pricing. If we discover an error in the price of a product in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are not obliged to accept or place an order for a product that has been advertised at an incorrect price and we reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product which has been advertised at an incorrect price for any reason, we will send you an email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of the order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount as soon as we are able. If the products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products are returned to us.

Available Items

Orders placed for available items, subject to confirmation of their availability and verification of the bank transaction, will be processed on the working day following the order placement. The amount of credit card transactions will only be settled when the order is processed.

Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, there may be delays in processing your order.

Pre-Ordered Items

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-ordered items are shipped upon arrival of the products in stock within the time indicated on the purchase page of the item. In the event that the pre-ordered goods cannot be delivered, Accostudios.com will promptly inform the customers and refund them. Accostudios.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond ACCOSTUDIOS®’s control that cause the arrival of the pre-ordered products in stock beyond the time specified on the product purchase page. In pre-ordered purchases credit cards are charged at the time of order.

As regards the order with available and pre-ordered items, the shipment will take place in 2 different stages:

We ship all over the world.

Shipments within the Italian territory are free.

Shipments outside Italy are subject to payment and divided into macro areas, to view your full address on the checkout page and you will see the cost of shipping, know that in this case ACCOSTUDIOS ® has already taken charge of half of the cost, so you will see only half waiting for you.

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Accostudios.com processes orders in Italy, Pedaso (FM), from Monday to Friday. Accostudios.com processes orders the day after the order is placed, or the next available working day, except for any dates chosen by the customer in the “select your date” field. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or on a public holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Accostudios.com processes orders worldwide via DHL Express Accostudios.com cannot be liable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Accostudios’s control.

Once shipped, the arrival time of parcels may vary from country to country.

Delivery for shipments addressed to:

Italy: about 1-2 working days (excluding the Italian Islands which may take 2-3 working days).

European Union: about 3-5 working days.

Rest of the world: about 5-7 working days.

For any reason, customers may return the order, in whole or in part. Accostudios.com refunds within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Items must be returned in the same original condition, carefully packed and with the return tag still attached.

If you have purchased products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to our online store.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging together with all material received with the item(s) (dust bags, covers, etc.) and must have a copy of the invoice inside.

The item(s) must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. We will not accept returns that have been worn or are soiled.

If the item does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.

Changes in size or colour will only be issued if the required sizes and colours are available from stock.

All products are checked in stock for any defects. However, if a customer receives an item not in original condition, please contact sales@accostudios.com.

The goods are classified as defective if they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described. Please note that items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, accident or misuse will not be considered defective. If your item is defective when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

We have made every effort to show the colors of our products that appear on Accostudios.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of a color on your monitor is completely accurate.

Accostudios.com has the following payment methods available: Credit cards (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and Union Pay); Paypal (to register a paypal account, visit their website on paypal.com); Bank transfers; Cash on delivery payments ( with + 8€ to be added to the shipping, payable in cash or POS) and local payments ( Sofort for Germany, Belgium, Austria and Switzerland; iDeal for the Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium, EPS for Austria and Multibanco for Portugal ).

Please note that all payment transactions are subject to verification with the card issuer. Your credit card will only be charged when your order is finalised and we will not be liable for any refusal of your credit card issuer to authorise the transaction.  In addition, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on the card; products will not be shipped until such checks have been carried out. Please note that the card issuer may charge a fee or administration fee; we are not responsible for such charges.

Please note that your bank may take longer to process funds in your account.

Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment to our account. Returns refunds will be debited from the bank account from which the original order was paid.

In any case, data processing will be carried out in accordance with current legislation.

The price of the Product will correspond to the list price that appears on the Site, expressed in €. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs (at the indicated price) will be automatically added to the total amount due once your items appear in the shopping cart and you have selected the desired shipping method. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation. Payments and refunds for shipments are all invoiced in Euro (EUR).
